Public Financing of Public Elections

I'm convinced that public financing of public elections is the very first issue that needs to be addressed before meaningful progress can be made in this country, particularly with regard to issues where corporate interests are at odds with the public interest (environmental regulations, health care, contracting, copyright and patent reform, the list goes on.)

So I contact people and attempt to spread the word about this. I'd love to talk to you about it too, particularly if you're interested in an issue where corporate interests seem to be at odds with the public interest. If anyone wants to team up to do some viral marketing for this idea, let me know!
